Guitarist Ricardo Iznaola Plays Bach At Cherokee Ranch
Guitarist Ricardo Iznaola slated to play “Bach’s Four Lute Suites and Others” in Cherokee’s Great Hall October 16
October 5, 2010, Douglas County, CO: “Cherokee guests who join us in the Castle Great Hall for Guitarist Ricardo Iznaola’s, Saturday, October 16th performance at 6 p.m. are in for a wonderful evening,” said Cherokee Ranch & Castle CEO Donna Wilson. “Great Hall events are very intimate. In fact, many say such performances feel almost like private affairs.”
Wilson added, “The Great Hall is the perfect setting to experience Ricardo’s exciting repertoire.” In addition to Preludes to Bach’s Four Lute Suites, guests should expect to hear works by Albeniz, Tarrega, Llobet, Sainz de la Maza, Lauro and Villa-Lobos.
In true Cherokee style, this event includes: Castle Mini-Tour, Cash Bar, Supper Buffet, Performance, and Dessert & Coffee with Mr. Iznaola. Reservations are $75/Adults; $25/Students 10-21 Years Old; $60/Returning 2010 Guests.

Mr. Iznaola pursues a brilliant, multi-faceted musical career as Director of the Conservatory Program and Chair of the Guitar and Harp Department at the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver. He has been honored with the Distinguished Faculty Artist Award and the University Lecturer Award. He was also awarded the John Evans Distinguished Professorship, the highest distinction bestowed by the University of Denver.
