According to Punxsutawney Phil it’s safe to dive into early spring celebrations and what better way to do that than with the tried and true, drool inducing Maibock? Need a little more convincing? Check this out.
Remember that unbelievable Imperial Black IPA (aka Imperial Cascadian Dark Ale) we had at the Grand Opening back in August? Well guess what buddy, it’s back! Johnboy’s Imperial Black IPA kicks off our Incredible Hop series at the end of the month. The series will feature four high gravity, highly hopped, impeccably crafted brews scheduled for release throughout 2011.
Maibock and Imperial Black IPA will be available here in the Tasting Room and in 22 oz bombers in select accounts throughout FCB’s 15 state distribution network. Supplies are very limited so get them while the gettin’s good.

FCB was recently named one of Rate Beer’s
Best Breweries (in the World!) to Visit in 2011.

Learn how to tie a fly (you know, for fly fishing) with Bugs, Buggers, and Brews every other Wednesday from 4 till 6pm here at FCB. This is a sight to behold even if you’re not into catching your own fish with your own flies. February 23rd, March 9th and March 23rd.
Know Your Brewer- Join us as we release Imperial Black IPA, the first of our Incredible Hop Series and kick off the Know Your Brewer series. Know Your Brewer will take place at each Incredible Hop release. It’s your opportunity to meet the masterminds behind these brews and ask all those questions you’ve been dying to ask- or maybe you just want an autograph and a picture. Either way, Friday February 25th from 3-5pm is the time to do it.
Back by popular demand this year is Michael Bolton’s Birthday Party! Some of you would rather celebrate the birth of the Man in Black which is cool but we are a bunch of salty beer people who derive great pleasure from mocking Michael Bolton, so mock Michael Bolton we will! Of course nobody can deny the cultural significance and sheer awesomeness of Johnny Cash so we concede. We’ll celebrate both of their birthdays. Saturday, February 26th 12-4pm $9, unlimited pints of select brands during party hours. Mullets optional.
Check us out in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Saturday, March 12th, 10 a.m. Old Town Fort Collins. We are new to the parade this year so who knows what kind of spectacle we’ll come up with!
